All prices displayed in the web shop are expressed in Croatian kuna for the end customer, including VAT. Photos and descriptions of individual items are obtained from the manufacturer/supplier or downloaded from the Internet and may not necessarily be identical to the product. We strive to display and describe the items as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to make mistakes in the description and photo of the item.

PAYMENT METHODS
1) ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD
The credit card number is sent over an SSL secured connection to PaymentGateway. You pay immediately upon purchase. Payment options: PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa.
2) BY GENERAL PAYMENT ORDER, INTERNET BANKING OR PRECAUTION
Payment is made before sending the goods.
3) I WILL COLLECT (COD)
Payment is made in cash upon delivery of the goods.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Postage is paid by the customer depending on the payment method, the weight of the shipment and the method of sending. The cost of postage is calculated according to the price list of GLS or Croatian Post. Delivery for shipments up to 2 kg is charged HRK 35, from 2 to 5 kg HRK 44, from 5 to 10 kg HRK 48. Delivery prices are quoted without VAT.
When paying by cash on delivery, the cost of the courier service is HRK 14 + VAT for accepting cash.
Delivery no later than seven days after the purchase. The usual delivery time is 1-3 days.
COMPLAINT AND RETURN OF GOODS
In the case of wrongly delivered items or damage caused during transport, the customer has the right to exchange the purchased product within 7 days from the day of receipt. The cost of postage when exchanging products is borne by the customer.
